Registration

Thanks for joining us!

The information on this page is provided to help you register for our community education classes and events. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Registration FAQs

Is there a registration deadline?
Unless otherwise noted, registrations are ongoing until a class reaches capacity or instruction begins. We limit class sizes to fit our meeting spaces and fill open seats on a first-come, first-served basis, so please enroll as early as possible.

Something has come up. Can I cancel my registration?
Life happens. We get it, but if you would like to cancel your registration, please notify us at least two business days prior to the start of your class or registration deadline. This lets us open the seat to other participants and issue your refund. Failure to attend class is not a cancellation.

My class was canceled. What now?
We occasionally have to cancel classes due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances. We refund all fees for canceled classes within two weeks.

How do I pay for classes?
You must pay for classes hosted by Glenrock Community Education with cash or a check when you register. Please make all checks payable to Glenrock Community Education and mail it to P.O. Box 1300, Glenrock, Wyoming, 82637.

Please pay for classes hosted by EWC, including all online courses, directly to Eastern Wyoming College.
